General Terms and Conditions of Love u Baby, Loorenstrasse 5b, 8305 Dietlikon (GTC)

1.Subject of the contract

Love u Baby sells the goods shown in the online shop according to the delivery and sales conditions (GTC) listed below.

2.Terms of payment/ Shipping

All shop prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), unpacked, ex warehouse.
Postage and packaging expenses (within Switzerland): CHF 10.00 or a package weight over 2 kg, CHF 12.00 will be charged
For orders with a value of CHF 100 or more, delivery within Switzerland is free!
In principle, payment must be made net within 30 days of invoicing.

3.Delivery terms

Deliveries will be made as soon as possible. If one or more of the items you have ordered are not available or are no longer available, I will inform you immediately.
If the selected product is in stock, it will be shipped within 2-3 days. If your desired product is not in stock, you will be informed immediately about the estimated delivery time. The goods are delivered by B Mail.
Collection possible by arrangement.

4.Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Love u Baby until they have been paid for in full. If the customer is in arrears with the payment of the purchase price, Love u Baby is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to take possession of the goods.

5.Right of return / warranty for defects and liability

The customer has the right to revoke the conclusion of the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons and to return the goods. The delivered goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The right of return begins with the receipt of the goods by the customer. This also bears the costs of the return.

7.Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions and the contracts concluded on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for disputes for both parties is the registered office of Love u Baby (Dietlikon).
