Embroidery
Personalized products are lasting mementos. Besides name & amp; Date of birth for baby gifts I also embroider all other Love u Baby products for you. The large cuddly blankets and smiley pillows are very popular. These are products with a «message» , which are suitable for the occasion (wedding, retirement, birthday, etc.) can be individually embroidered can . A few examples are “Favorite person”, “Strength lies in calm”, “Let’s cuddle forever”. All embroidery is made by me personally and there are no limits to your wishes. Handmade and personalized products are unique and therefore particularly valuable.
Manufacturing time, shipping costs, pick-up options & returns
Beautiful things take time, so I don’t deliver within 24 hours, but I’m happy to put in an evening shift if it’s particularly urgent.
- Shipping to a Swiss address only. We ship the ordered products via B Mail within one working week.
- We charge a flat rate shipping and packaging fee of CHF 10.00 per order, unless shipping costs are suspended due to a promotion.
- Do you have a customer account with us? We will then cover the delivery costs for orders with a goods value of CHF 100 or more. For orders under this amount, we charge a flat rate of CHF 10.00 for postage and packaging.
- Collection: You have the option of collecting your order from our studio in Dietlikon. To do this, select “Collect” at check-out and we will inform you when your order is ready for collection.
- Returns: If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, we will take it back without giving a reason. For us, 100% customer satisfaction is the most important thing!
Order color advice & color samples
I am happy to advise you in my studio in Dietlikon, to with you a perfect color combination for your baby room, bedroom or living room to find. Upon request, I will send also k l a color sample in the desired color shades by post free of charge.
Gift wrapping, vouchers & cards
Giving is fun! Love u Baby gift packaging is made with great attention to detail and upon request, I will pack and send your order also directly to the recipient.
